Summer's Officially Here...

You know it's summer when the watermelons come rolling out!

Literally...

(Eric opened the refrigerator door and out came the

watermelon that cracked it's sweet juice all over my floor.)

The sticky puddle of juice stayed there for a day or 2 before we remembered to

clean it off. I was getting tired of my feet staying stuck to the floor

every time I walked in front of the fridge.

That's how busy we've been lately. 

She really loves any kind of fruit

Don't ya just love the ghetto half-on nail polish?

She never misses an opportunity to tell us how old she is...

Ella wanted in on the watermelon action too...

Let me tell you, the sticky kisses after this little snack were so good,

that I waited an hour before toweling her off...

I'm really looking forward to this summer. I usually don't because I'm not a sun person
but for some reason, this year, I'm really excited to suck the life out of summer
with my kids...
