Puddle Jumpin'

Tonight was the perfect summer night.

It wasn't too hot but still warm enough for the kids to help

their daddy wash my car. Sitting on the cement, camera in hand,

watching them all play and douse each other with the sudsy water

I imagined what they would be like 10 years from now,

and the thought made me smile.

Charlie loves doing anything with his dad. He adores his father.

Miss Kate in her pj's, of course...

Miss E thought she was pretty funny every time she ate bubbles.

She was.

But then again, we think every little thing she does is funny. And genius. And adorable.

I love baby feet.

These are the kind of childhood memories at home that I hope they'll remember.
