Bakerella

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest woman... Bakerella.

I blogged about trying out one of her recipes a couple of weeks ago... here.

Funny though, my first experience on her blog was not one related to baking.

A friend of mine knew I was an aspiring photographer so she

sent me this link about Bakerella's camera and picture-taking technique.
I've been hooked since.

She is such a big inspiration to me. I love her.

On Monday, we loaded up the babies and after a visit to the hospital to see

how our beloved Tante Rachel was doing after knee surgery,

we headed down to South Coast Plaza to navigate the crowd of crazy,

enthusiastic, Cake Pop fans to get our chance at meeting the Queen of Baking.

She did not disappoint...
