"There is no more — a higher calling — than raising children who are kind, who live with grace and who are going to be generous human beings in the world. There isn’t anything greater than that."

Pink & Sparkly Mornings

Pink and sparkly is how I would describe our lives these days. We're all about
princesses, glitter & skirts. Anything that sparkles is definitely a plus...

It can be frustrating sometimes when Kate refuses to put on pants
of any kind and it's nearing 50 degrees outside at night.
I have to keep telling myself that it's just a phase.
You just don't know how many times I repeat these words to myself  on a daily basis.
Who knows if it's even true... she may fight me on what she wears until she moves out for all I know.
I think I just say it to keep myself sane.

Don't you just love Kate's choice in outfit this morning for breakfast?
She was taking the picture, then realized,
"OMG I'm not wearing a crown! WAIT! Ok...I'm ready now."
Any dress that twirls brings a smile to this little girl's face.

This was so sweet, it made me a little weepy.
Before eating her cereal, Ella was waiting for me to say a prayer with her.

Since it was a girls' day, it seemed only fitting that our cereal be pink and sweet.

The funniest part? She would only eat the pink ones! Who does that at 17 months?!!
All the brown ones got tossed aside.

I hope your Sunday is filled with everything pink and sparkly too.
It's a fun way to live...
