Kate & Ella

They run hot and cold, these girls.

Most days they love each other and are glad for each others' company...

but some days, I swear sometimes my life is straight out of a sitcom on TV.

Yesterday, Kate was holding her hand an inch from Ella's face.

Of course, Ella wasn't thrilled about that and was crying.

Kate's response?

"I'm not touching her."

Seriously?!

Explain that to an 18 month old.

It's a challenge keeping them content and busy during the day sometimes.

These days? They love anything artsy.

They love to color and paint.

Kate is taking back stolen crayons from the little thief who was trying to hide them.

Ella's losing her pants but she doesn't care. She's just thrilled to be playing outside.

Now that it's almost Winter here, it finally looks like Fall...

Eric is having me design a little playhouse for him to build for the kids and Max.

I am having fun researching all different kinds online...

Did you know there are playhouses for kids that cost $24,000?! Isn't that just nuts?

I think it's crazy, but they definitely are beautiful! See?

Anyway, he started framing ours...
