"There is no more — a higher calling — than raising children who are kind, who live with grace and who are going to be generous human beings in the world. There isn’t anything greater than that."

Our Morning in Photos

We're 3 girls in this house during the day.
With that comes lots of giggles and hugs and tantrums and drama.

I'm not a morning person. (No, that hasn't changed despite my best efforts.)
My girls aren't either. So, when we finally all awake it takes us some time to really wake up.
When it's rushed, the result is a bad mood and I can certainly understand what the
term "waking up on the wrong side of the bed" means.

This morning, Ella woke Kate before she was ready.
As expressed in 3 year old fashion, nothing went right for Kate after that.
The line on the toe of her tights wouldn't cooperate, she didn't want to share her Ariel,
and her cereal wasn't the kind she really wanted. Oh, to have 3 year old problems.

The little one has a talent for stealing Blackberries from under my nose.

Ella has Kate's Ariel.
Why are they so cute when they cry?

and then, just when I think they won't ever get along, I walk into their room and find this...

but then Ella hits her ear on the crib and we're back to this...

Can you imagine what the teenage years are going to be like?!!

  1. LOL, love this post... And Kate has her own sense of style... don't know if I would have put the black boots on with that outfit, but I am sure she rocked it out.
