These Girls

I can't get enough of them.

Ella's shy giggle and her little confident smile...

She steals my heart a million time a day.

She deems every day a mama/Ella day because

it's just the 2 of us at home now and she LOVES it.

It's special to her. I love that.

Lately, she likes to be called Lovie. 

But ONLY by me. Anyone else who calls her that

gets a stern talking to about how only her mommy

can call her that. She is funny and smart. Like, the funny

I would look for in a friend. The smart that I hoped

all my kids would be and are. Blessed doesn't even touch

what they have done to me. 

Since we are now morning people, 

(can you believe it?!!? I can hardly)

we switched the girls' ballet class to Saturday mornings

so that Kate and Ella can be in the class together. 

Kate is a little too advanced for this class since

they are all 3 and 4 year olds and she will soon be 5, 

but she is a creature of habit and routine.
That means leaving the class she's used to is tough for her.

Ella really is loving having her sister in class with her though.
It grounds her. Makes her feel like that's where she belongs.
On her first day, the smile COULD NOT be wiped off her face.
Ella adored everything about her experience.
She searched for me or Jaclyne every chance she got to
give us a smile or a thumbs up. She kept giggling.
It was hilarious to witness.

Ella telling her teacher that her name is Ella... she thought this was the funniest thing ever.

Kate and Ella are so different.
Kate takes her class so seriously.
She really loves it so she wants to do it right.

In their second class, the girls were a little more relaxed.

They make me so incredibly happy, these two girls.
