A Star

Every Thursday usually is a crazy one around here.

I don't have a moment to stop and breathe all day long. 

We find ourselves at ballet without fail, though.

She adores it. 

She shines and it makes me shine. 

Kate's worked hard learning her recital dance over the last 4 months or so.

She practices it at home and wherever else it suits her fancy. 

Seeing her smile while she's doing it just affirms to me that she's in the right place.

My little ballerina makes me so proud.

Kate and the girls in her class were a smashing success at the recital. 

Adorable doesn't even begin to describe it...

Tears pooled as 'Part of Your World' played and they danced their hearts out.

I love this dance company. The recital isn't the least bit boring and looks very professional.

Something I'd probably like to see even if my kid wasn't in it.

The highlight of the day, though, was my sweet Kate.
