Spring Show

I don't know what it is about seeing herr kids up on stage that makes a momma cry.

Charlie and Kate had their annual school spring show and the cuteness was on overload.

I looked and looked for the perfect spring outfits they could wear for the show.

I wanted happy and light colors.

I found them at the very last minute, the night before the show.

Bonus: Kate's dress even came with a matching dress for Megan!

Charlie learning a song on the flute and playing so well and proudly on that stage

was a moment I'll never forget. I think it's the culmination of his tranformation

into a 7 year old soon who is learning to "be his own leader", as he is taught

in school (which I love, by the way)

 

I thought Kate would be too shy to go on stage and sing in front of an entire room

full of people she doesn't know. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did she go on stage,

baby girl sang and danced her heart out. The shy smile and the tongue twist made an

appearance but man, she rocked it out. I was one proud momma that night.

I love them.
