Voter Guide in California

 

I went out to vote today with all 3 babies. I could've easily said screw it and just

stayed home because who doesn't think that going to a quiet Polling Place

at a country club with 3 loud, crazy kids sounds nuts?

But then I wouldn't get to have a say in what happens around us and to us...

So off we went...

 

It didn't go off without a few hitches, a tantrum from a certain princess-dressed 3 year old and

a blood curdling scream from a golden-haired 1 year old followed by a flying piggy bank....

thank god the sweet old ladies are hard of hearing. They just smiled and told me my kids were beautiful.

Charlie was proud because those sweet old ladies told him that

he was doing a good thing by coming out to vote with his mommy.

 

 

I voted...

 

and I'm proud.
