Confusion

I was awaken this morning by a frazzled Kate.

She was on a mad hunt for New York.

"What are you looking for exactly, Kate?" as I tried to focus my eyes on her distraught face.

"New YORK!", she insisted. Now annoyed with my doubt of her.
I blinked a few times, trying to collect my thoughts... what the hell was New York?

Mind you, I went to bed at 8 pm last night with a migraine and

woke up today with an even bigger migraine.

We're talkin' nausea, dizziness, throbbing - the whole nine yards.

With 2 attention-wanting little girls, this was setting itself up to be a very, VERY long day.

Anyway, I digress...

Are any of you as confused as I was about the search for New York in the playroom?

Well, after making a huge mess and throwing herself on the floor 3 times... she found New York.

and it's what everyone else would normally call

Eeyore

Kate and New York reunited....

Ella is on a kick of making everyone kiss whatever toy she is playing with at the moment.

When someone refuses, as Kate often does, Ella isn't very happy.

Another "baby" part of Ella is gone now...

All 3 of my kids started out giving "kisses" with a full open mouth.

Ella has outgrown that and now puckers up like a little fish.



Her scar is almost not visible now.

Molars are coming in and her hair is really filling in.

My baby is growing up.

Now, please excuse me while I pop another couple of Excedrin Migraine and

go curl up in a ball on the couch and beg

the kids not to make too much noise or too much of a mess...
